Detecting iPad orientation

I would like to see the app be able to detect the iPads orientation at start-up and change its orientation accordingly. The app always starts in portrait mode even when the iPad is in landscape mode, and it will only switch to landscape mode if the user moves the iPad to portrait mode and back again.

Other than that, great app!
